Since 1959, Lake Apopka Natural Gas District (LANGD) has been providing safe, affordable and reliable natural gas service to our community while maintaining the infrastructure that supports homes, businesses and community development throughout the region.

Established as an independent special district of Florida, LANGD is governed by a five-member Board of Commissioners and provides natural gas service to more than 31,000 residential, commercial and industrial customers in West Orange and South Lake counties. Through steady leadership and long-term planning, the District remains focused on serving Central Florida’s growing population with consistency and accountability.
